Four days from now and we'll get to hear Charice's Newest Single coming from her Sophomore Album. The sample of this track can be previewed through this LINK or just simply click the cover image above.

Bruno Mars produced the said track which has been garnering positive reviews from Chasters and sites like HollywoodLife & MSNBC. This track, however, has been leaked previously as a DEMO by X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke & Bruno Mars himself. Looked like, one day Ms. Burke woke up, saddened by the news that she will no longer have this track as a cut for her also, upcoming Sophomore album (UKMIX Forum). The whole story behind this track is already an interesting one. It has amassed already the intensity of comments and views even "Before It Explodes".

Let's just hope for the best for both these incredible artists.

Glee: Charice vs. Beyonce

When Charice Pempengco joined the cast of "Glee" a few weeks ago, fans were thoroughly impressed with her debut performances on the show. Her amazingly entertaining duet with Lea Michele was the perfect introduction for her character Sunshine Corazon. But it was Charice's show-stopping rendition of "Listen" that really captured the attention of "Glee" fans and the music industry.

Both of Charice's songs landed in the top 10 on the iTunes chart immediately. And now, Charice's interpretation of the "Dreamgirls" hit has made an impressive debut on the Billboard Hot 100.

Charice lands at No. 38 this week with "Listen." The original version was performed by R&B star Beyonce back in 2007. But Beyonce's version only peaked at No. 61.

As season two of "Glee" continues this fall, Charice will get even more opportunities to climb the Billboard charts. The 18-year-old Filipina star won't return until episode seven, but Charice has big plans for her character. She is hoping for a romantic interest and has expressed an interest in covering Michael Jackson and Christina Aguilera.

'Glee' Returns with a Pair of New Recruits

Class is back in session, gleeks, and that means a whole new "Glee" season of witty barbs from Cheerios coach Sue Sylvester (Emmy winner Jane Lynch), Slushie-tossing from the cool kids, and a whole new soundtrack of show choir tunes to shake up the iTunes charts each Tuesday night.

And while New Directions is still at the bottom of the McKinley High food chain, there's plenty of change afoot on the show. A new football coach, Shannon Beiste (Dot Jones) — that's pronounced "beast" — means budget cuts for Cheerios and New Directions, leading to an unnatural alliance between Sue and Mr. Schue (Matthew Morrison). Two new students also shake things up for our resident gleeks, who desperately need some new blood to liven up the stage.

Charice - Denies GLEE rumors!

Rumorville has done it again, this time with the crazy and heart-stopping news that Charice will be cast as one of the newest members of GLEE. Charice denied the rumor and told the fans (who were so excited about this rumor) to drop it and literally erase GLEE from their CHAddiction. We are just sorry for this Adrenaline Rush. But who knows? This rumor might have provoked something positive and greater which will eventually land Charice the role in the series =)

Charice denies rumors she's singing on GLEE
MANILA, Philippines - International singing sensation Charice has denied reports that she is going to be part of hit US musical series Glee.

In her Twitter page, Charice said: "I just want to let you all know that it's not true that I'm going to be on Glee... How I wish! Haha.”

She added: "LOL. Rumors!!! I am not going to be on Glee..Haha...That's really funny. I didn't know about the Glee (role). Hahaha, until I saw Perez's blog. This is really confusing."

Charice's was reacting to a newspaper report, claiming that her Philippine manager Grace Mendoza has bared that she will be joining the next season of Glee.

The pop star said she has no idea about her manager's statement. She added that her manager could have been confused.

The country's pride even posted the tweet of her mother, Raquel Pempengco, stressing that Ms. Mendoza has denied the report.

"From mommy > FYI- The rumors that Charice appears on GLEE show is not true, I talked to Ms Grace Mendoza, Charice's handler, she had no idea."

Charice who is now in Japan for a photo shoot for her album cover, appealed to her fans to forget the reports about GLEE.

"Okay, erase it! No Charice on Glee. aryt? hahaha!," Charice said.

Like A Pyramid, Charice Is Rising To the Top
The pop sensation dishes on her new album, Oprah and Iyaz
May 25, 2010 — “…And every step we took we’ve grown/ Look how fast the time has flown/ A journey to a place unknown/ We’re going down in history…” The lyrics to pint-sized pop phenomenon Charice’s #1 dance song, “Pyramid,” couldn’t fit her own rise to fame story more perfectly.

Born to sing, Charice entered countless singing competitions mimicking her idols until it finally landed her a spot on Oprah. When the queen of daytime TV got a hold of her pipes, the music ‘biz knew they had to act fast because this Charice was going to go far. Next thing she new, Charice was working with proclaimed producer David Foster (Celine Dion, Josh Groban) and recording her self-titled debut album (out now, buy here). Below, myMag caught up with Charice to talk about her recent birthday bash, performing with Iyaz and her secret guilty pleasure.

You recently turned 18 – happy birthday! How did you celebrate?
I celebrated it in New York with my friends. We had a party in my hotel room and my fans joined online.

When did you first discover your love of music, and when did you realize you wanted to make it your life?
At the age of four my mother discovered me singing on the kitchen table. I’ve wanted to sing ever since then, I haven’t stopped from that moment on.

Who were some of the musicians you grew up admiring, and what did you take from watching them that you’ve incorporated into your own music and stage performances?
I grew up listening to the big three: Celine Dion, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey! I’m famous for singing their songs. I entered 100 singing competitions singing their songs.

You recently released your debut album, Charice. How does it feel to have accomplished that?
Amazing! I now have my own songs, which is awesome.

You’ve worked very closely with 15-time Grammy award-winning songwriter and producer David Foster on your album. What kind of mentor has he been to you?
He’s become my mentor and godfather. What a blessing to have worked and gotten to know David Foster!

What advice has he given you as a rising star?
Keep your feet on the ground.

Oprah Winfrey has played a big part in your success; you have appeared on her show four times! What have those experiences meant to you?
I call her my fairy godmother! I owe her so much!

What was it like to work with Iyaz on your hit single “Pyramid”?
He’s an amazing human being and artist. We get on great and laugh all the time. Hey, Iyaz!

How do you feel that you can relate to that song?
I can relate to growing strong from the bottom up. Having a strong belief in yourself – nothing can knock you down.

How did you react when you heard it hit # 1 on the Billboard Dance Charts?
It was amazing! I have been promoting that song in dance clubs, so it was nice to see it succeed.

What do you hope people get out of your music?
Happiness and joy.

What’s something that most people would be surprised to hear about you?
I’m a horror movie fanatic!

Charice to join American TV series `Glee’

MANILA, Philippines--The Philippines' pride, international pop star CharicePempengco, will soon join the cast of the award-winning American musical comedy-drama TV series "Glee."

In a TV interview at her Glorietta show on May 23, Pempengco herself hinted at "a surprise" that will surely make her fans happy. "Basta in na in posiyangayon," she said.

The quote set off the Internet abuzz with rumors, which zeroed in on the possibility of Pempengco appearing on "Glee" because the show's theme and the cast's age group fits her.

"Yes, it's true, Charice will soon join "Glee," her Philippine manager, Grace Mendoza, confirmed to the Inquirer. "And not just as a guest, but as part of the cast in a new season."

The popular tv show won the 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series Musical or Comedy.

Pempengco's joining the "Glee" cast comes on the heels of her most recent triumph as the first Asian to break into the Top 10 of the Billboard album chart. Her self-titled US CD has debuted at No. 8 in its first week of release, selling 43,000 copies in America alone.

The album is at No. 4 in the Canadian music chart.

It has been confirmed that Emma's dentist, who will be a new love interest for her, will be present in the second season, and has yet to be cast. The second season also brings new members of New Directions: a love R&B-singing interest for Mercedes, a football-playing boyfriend for Kurt, and a girl who will be Rachel's "competition". Filipina singer Charice has been confirmed to join the cast of Glee as a regular cast member for the second season.

Gifted with profound, rich and soaring 10 decibel voice, Charice has made many music fans watching her performances in awe, be it on YouTube during her start of career or on live shows. Starting her career from one singing competition to another, she is now an international singer with an album climbing to No. 8 on Billboard Hot 200.

Cracking the U.S. albums chart actually is not on top of her goal as Charice told exclusively to AceShowbiz that with this effort, she simply wants people to hear her own songs. "I have sung covers until now," she said. Indeed, this 18-year-old singer contributes to songwriting process by co-penning a song called "Reset".

Beside talking about the album "Charice" which is now out for the Chasters to purchase on iTunes, Charice also recalled her recent meeting with Justin Bieber on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in an episode of World's Most Talented Kids. Praising the Canadian singer as a nice person, the teen pop star said she would love to make a duet with him one day.

ASB: Congratulation for your single "Pyramid" which peaked at No. 1 on Billboard Dance chart. So, what is the song about?

Charice: It's about being strong like a pyramid. How love stands strong.

ASB: What can you tell us about "Pyramid" music video which features Iyaz?

Charice: Yes, it's my first video. To some degree it reflects the story of my life - going through auditions and seeing optimism in the future. I perform in a theater and visualize the performance. It's a message of optimism really and to encourage other people with dreams to not give up.

ASB: Any idea which song will be released as a follow-up to "Pyramid"?

Charice: We still haven't decided.

ASB: We heard you have also covered Justin Bieber's "Baby". Tell us about it.

Charice: That's funny! I created an impromptu video on my flip of me singing "Baby" in my hotel room - it got posted on Perez Hilton with over 100k hits! I dedicated it to Perez Hilton's dog, Teddy.

ASB: How did it feel like to be dubbed as one of the World's Most Talented Kids with Justin on "The Oprah Winfrey Show"?

Charice: It was amazing - I loved meeting Justin.

ASB: Please describe to us about your first meeting with him on the show!

Charice: He came into my dressing room and I was sitting on the sofa with Iyaz. He was very nice and we chatted for a while.

ASB: You both are young and talented. Have you ever thought about making a duet with him?

Charice: I would love to - maybe one day. [smiling]

ASB: What about a duet with your good friend David Archuleta?

Charice: We did duet already on a Christmas song for David's christmas album - check it out!

ASB: About your first international self-titled album. What do you want to achieve with this record?

Charice: For people to hear my own songs. I have sung covers until now.

ASB: What is the difference between you previous record and this new one?

Charice: This is my first international release and my first album of my own songs.

ASB: Some artists have a name for their devotees, like Beiber Fever and Little Monster. Do you also have a name for your fans?

Charice: Yes, they are Chasters. I love them.

ASB: You turned 18 on May 10. How did you celebrate your birthday?

Charice: [I] had a birthday party at my hotel with my friends. I also celebrated it online with the Chasters.

ASB: Have you considered dating? What do you look for in a boy?

Since she was small, Charice has wowed audiences with her powerful voice. As a singing sensation from the Philippines, she gained international popularity through YouTube and has been a guest on Oprah several times. Her newest single 'Pyramid' featuring Iyaz is trending the charts.
The day after her latest Oprah appearance, the petite pop star stopped by JSYK to share her incredible story and sing a few songs off her self-titled album. Naturally, we wanted details from her Oprah show appearance, which also featured Justin Bieber.
"He was so nice," she told us. "I love his story. That's what I love about Justin Bieber, not just his voice. He has great personality and he's doing this for his family. And I can relate to how he got discovered."
And here's a fun detail: Charice told us that the fan who uploaded the video of her performance to YouTube, the one that got it all started, is now a good friend.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Charice has been singing since she was four. Her father left when she young and so, to support her family, she entered into over a hundred singing contests. She even competed on the Philippines version of American Idol but lost. Then, a fan uploaded a video of her performance to YouTube. Charice was flown to L.A. and the rest is history. After three years of performing around the world, Charice says that the most amazing part of all this was being able to buy her mom a home and car of her own.

Now eighteen years old, Charice is really coming in to her own. And while she told us that she looks up to Beyoncé for inspiration, she's definitely developing her own style. Musically, in the past, she's mostly sung powerful love songs and ballads and she's covered songs from other artists, including a version of Justin Bieber's 'Baby.' Now she's proud to debut her first album featuring all her own songs - a mix of pop and R&B.
Charice even co-wrote one of the track on her album called 'In This Song' with legendary composer David Foster. Meanwhile, her single 'Pyramid' (above) has hit the very top of Billboard's Dance charts and is heating up the clubs all over the world. The deluxe version of her album is available on iTunes now.

I'm having an amazing week. I just can't believe it! Last week I turned 18. If that wasn't a big enough cause for celebration, my debut album came out on 5/11, and also I was on the Oprah Winfrey Show and QVC to celebrate! I got to perform with my good friends Iyaz and David Foster, which is always so fun.
As a little girl in the Philippines, I always dreamed of becoming awell-known singer, but I never imagined that everything would happen so quickly. I was in the Philippines a few years ago when I got a call that I was going to be on Oprah's show. She has been so supportive over the years, and I'm happy that I get to be on her show again on the day of my album release. I'm blessed to have people like David Foster and Oprah Winfrey who believe in me.
Some people know me from YouTube as the girl who sings ballads. This is my first ever pop R&B album, and I hope people will love it. I'm a little nervous about what people will think when they get it, I'm also very proud of it. I hope you enjoy it when you listen to it. Charice: The next Celine Dion?

(CNN) -- She's only 4-foot-9, but Charice has a towering voice. When she applies her vocal pipes to a Whitney Houston ballad, she makes it look as easy as tying her shoelaces.

"She's incredible," says her producer and mentor, Grammy-winner David Foster. A veteran at nurturing new artists, he likens Charice's star power to another talent he helped discover. "It's like the first time I saw Celine Dion. It's exactly the same to me."

Even Dion is paying attention to the teen. In 2008, she invited Charice on stage at Madison Square Garden in New York for a duet of her hit song "Because You Loved Me." Charice, who has idolized Dion since she was 4, was only 16 at the time.

Last week, Charice celebrated her 18th birthday (we interviewed her a couple of weeks beforehand) by releasing her self-titled debut album in the United States.

She may have gotten her start singing power pop ballads in local contests in her native Philippines (which later translated to key performances for Oprah and Ellen), but her album has a more youthful, dance-pop feel. The lead single "Pyramid," featuring singer Iyaz, is in the No. 1 spot on Billboard's dance chart.

Clips of Charice on YouTube get views in the millions, but the singer says she can't bare to watch them. She does, however, read the comments people post about her performances: "If it's good to them then it's good to me because they're watching and they know if it's good or not. I'm depending on their comments because it's really, really weird watching myself."

Charice has already performed with her idols Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, so who's next on her wish list? "I'm hoping and I'm praying either Justin Timberlake or Beyonce 'cause I love them both. Beyonce is one of my inspirations. Her attitude, her style, her voice ... she's perfect."

Home follows her

Charice and her brother, Karl, were raised by their single mother in the Philippines. Her Filipino fans are extremely loyal and show up in generous numbers to her live shows in America. Says Charice: "I'm really proud to be Filipino. Filipinos are really supportive, and I want to thank all of them. I love them!"

Teetering on footwear

While Charice feels most comfortable wearing sneakers ("I'm a Nike girl"), she's enjoying collecting pairs of impressively high heels, which she says she needs to boost her diminutive stature on stage. On that note, Charice says Oprah imparted sage advice during one of Charice's visits to "The Oprah Winfrey Show." She said, 'Keep your feet on the ground even though you're wearing high shoes.' "

R&B singer JoJo is not bothered by people likening Filipino international singer Charice's voice and singing style to hers, not even when their versions of "Note to God" are compared.

The song "Note To God," penned by top tunesmith Dianne Warren, was first recorded by JoJo for her album "The High Road" in 2006, three years before Charice's hit remake came out.

“That doesn’t bother me. She sounds great. It’s cool,” the pretty and feisty 19-year-old chanteuse said matter-of-factly of the comparison in an interview with Bulletin Entertainment and other members of the press held at Sofitel Hotel on May 14.

JoJo added that when she heard Charice's version of "Note to God," she knew the Filipina is one “phenomenal singer” who is “gonna do great things.”

“I thought it was interesting that they made her record a song that was already on someone else’s album. But she did an incredible job, and I have nothing but respect for her. I can’t wait to hear the rest of her album. I’m excited to watch her career,” JoJo said.

Having broken into the music scene at the tender age of 13 -- could’ve been six, when she was offered her first recording deal -- Joanna Noëlle Blagden Levesque has definitely learned the ropes of the competitive music industry and so, credibly dispenses advice to the newly crowned pop princess behind the hit song "Pyramid."

“Stay true to who you are. And don’t forget to have a normal life outside of your career. Spend time with your family and friends. I’m sure she’s doing that. And hopefully she’ll be planning time to come back home ‘coz that’s what I try to do and as often as I can. I’m from Massachusetts, and I still live there. So I try to find my home base. So keep your home base.”

Indeed a lot has changed about her -- “I feel like a different person every two months,” she quips, sending the press roaring with laughter -- from being a tween when “Leave (Get Out)” broke out in 2004 to a grown-up woman who is more confident about the direction she wants to take as an artist.

This, JoJo said, will clearly be heard on her forthcoming album, “All I Want is Everything,” due out by yearsend.

“When I leave Manila, I’ll be going to Miami to record a bit more. I can tell you that I’ve been experimenting with different sounds and really taking up time to develop myself as a person and as a songwriter. And I’m really proud of the arc that I’ve made from the last album to this one.

“I think you can really hear more maturity and control and decisiveness in the vocal and in the material as a whole. It’s edgier. It’s something that represents where I am as a young woman. And I think that women and men alike will find something they can identify with because I’m totally transparent. Whatever I’m going through, I just kind of put it out there,” she related.

And she’s thrilled to perform some brand new songs off her third album (as well as old favorites like “Too Little Too Late,” “Baby It’s You,” “Beautiful Girls Reply”) for Filipino fans at the “Then & Now: Massive Music Fest 2010,” which happens on Saturday, May 15 at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds. She, together with her band, will be performing a full set this time, along other international acts from then (SWV, All-4-One, PM Dawn, and Diana King) and now (Frankie J, TQ, and V Factory).

It’s pretty much apparent that JoJo has fallen in love with the country since her guest appearance with Justin Timberlake during Timbaland’s show just last March.

“Everyone was just so hospitable and so welcoming and even performing at the venue, the transfer of energy from the audience was so beautiful. And just everyone giving so much love is wonderful. There were so many people who left a lasting impression, even the people from Philippine Airlines. All the flight attendants were so nice. It’s the overall energy here, it’s just lovely!”

She stands barely 5 feet tall and won't be legal for another four years. But when 17-year-old pop singer Charice opens her mouth, out pours a voice as burly and sure as Whitney Houston's in her "I Will Always Love You" prime.

That surprise twist made this teen singer from the Philippines a YouTube phenom throughout Asia last year and, more recently, led to appearances on "Ellen" and even "Oprah."

The girl born Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco just released her self-titled debut, featuring a Rihanna-sound-alike single, "Pyramid," that has already hit the Billboard dance chart's top five. The News met Charice to talk in her favorite place in New York: the ESPN Zone in Times Square.

When people look at you, no one expects that huge voice to come out. Does this make you the Susan Boyle of teen pop?

Oh, that's such a compliment. But in the Philippines, it's not such a big deal because there are a lot of little people there and a lot of them have big voices. It feels weird to me that people are so surprised. But I do think it's one of the reasons I made it.

The only thing most Americans know about the Philippines is Imelda Marcos' gigantic shoe collection. What should we know about the place?

The Philippines is a very musical country. If you go there, most everyone sings. And even if they don't, they know who's great at it. Also, there are great tourist spots. The weather's always warm. You should go.

Are you from Manila, the capital, or from somewhere else?

I'm from Tagaytay, which is four hours away from Manila. It's a little higher, in the mountains. We're close to volcanoes, which is one of the tourist parts. It's perfect weather for a singer, because it's not too hot and not too cold.

You got your first break on the kid-oriented talent show "Little Big Star." Is that entirely a singing competition, or do some kids do other stuff, like swallow swords?

Oh, no — it's all singing. It's pretty much like "American Idol" for kids. They have two divisions: 5 to 8 years old and 11 to 13. I was 12 when I went on. I passed the first auditions, then made it to the final screening, then went to television and got all the way to the finale. But I didn't win.

How close were you?

I came in third.

So how did you end up getting so much attention?

A guy named David in the Philippines — who I didn't know at the time — posted one of my performances from the show on YouTube. I was singing "I Will Always Love You." It got like a million hits. That's why I got discovered for a Korean talent show. Then I was performing in Korea and David posted one of those on YouTube, and Ellen DeGeneres saw that and after a week I made it on her show. Then friends posted the show from Ellen, and I got on "Oprah."

NEW YORK – Charice has already won over the mom market.

The teen wunderkind from the Philippines has been wowing audiences with her big voice and Celine Dion covers on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and other shows for the last two years. This week, she appeared on Winfrey's show for the fourth time.

But as she releases her self-titled debut album this week, Charice finds herself with a serious challenge as she tries to translate her success with an adult audience to her peers.

"I've been singing big songs, and this is the actually the first time they are going to hear me sing Justin Bieber-type of songs, Miley Cyrus-type of songs," the 18-year-old said recently in her heavily accented English. "I'm just excited for all the teenagers to hear my album."

Had Charice come along around the era of Dion or Whitney Houston, two of her idols, it would have been easier to make that move. Back then, big-ballad singers with towering voices dominated pop radio.

These days, it's the grooves behind the big voice that matter.

David Foster, the Grammy-winning mentor behind Charice, probably knows that better than anyone. A legendary producer who has made hits for Houston, Dion, Barbra Streisand, Toni Braxton and dozens of other top names, Foster understands his sound isn't what makes hits on pop radio anymore (though he still makes hits — he's the producer behind multiplatinum stars Josh Groban and Michael Buble).

"I knew if I produced the album, it would be adult-oriented. It would skew older. It would be maybe a quick, easy sale, but ultimately, it's very, very hard to skew younger after you start older, so we made a conscious decision to skew young first," he said. "I don't want to say that we crumbled under the pressure of having to go youthful, but I think we hit it square on."

Though Foster and his sister Jaymes are the album's executive producers, they left most of the music-making to younger writers and producers like Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic, whose hits include Beyonce's "Halo" and Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love."

The album's first single is "Pyramid," featuring singer Iyaz.

"I just thought like, teenagers are falling in love ... they love this very catchy and very romantic words from all these young artists," Charice said. "That's why I thought that this album ... they are gonna love it, all the lyrics, all the melody and all the music."

So far, "Pyramid" is No. 2 on the dance charts, but it hasn't yet translated to pop radio. Foster is aware of the challenge it takes to make a hit, but he thinks Charice has a lot to add to the scene.

"There is a lack of organic music right now, and it's fine — it's just the phase that we're in," he explains. "I think there is room for some more musicality."

There's no denying Charice has that. During a recent interview, the diminutive singer belted out "Pyramid" on request, performed a stirring rendition of Houston's "I Will Always Love You" for an audience of four, then continued to sing — even on her way out the door.

Singing has consumed Charice — born Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco — since she was a child growing up in the Philippines. Raised with her brother by a single mother, she sang in local contests and appeared on TV talent shows in the Philippines and in South Korea.

Fans posted clips of her on YouTube, and she became a sensation. Soon, she was invited to sing on "Ellen," then on "Oprah Winfrey," and linked up with Foster.

So far, her rise has unfolded like a fairy tale. But Charice knows there are hurdles, like trying to capture U.S. audiences.

"It's really, really hard ... there's a lot of great pop stars here. ... They're all talented," she said. "I don't know if Americans are going to love me because I'm from other country."
But Foster said it's only a matter of time before there's an Asian superstar in the U.S., and he believes Charice might be the one.
"Being a great singer is not enough, and she has the entire package," he said.
He adds: "She's a little bit like Michael Jackson in the head ... Michael Jackson was very soft-spoken and quiet and all that, but he was genius inside his head. He knew exactly where he was going, and she truly is the master of her own destiny."

So the day after her Oprah appearance with Justin Bieber, apparently Charice recorded her own take on Bieber's "Baby". The super fast video recording turned out to be a massive hit in PerezHilton's site. No wonder why MTV got so curious and called Charice to know more info about the said "Baby Cover".

"I GOT THE BIEBER FEVER"
Just hours after her episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" aired, Charice sat down and taped her own cover of Justin Bieber's "Baby." The two appeared on the show on Tuesday, and just a day later Charice admitted that she's got Bieber fever.
"I just did that this morning," she told MTV News on Wednesday (May 12), just a day after her self-titled debut album hit stores. "And it was because I love 'Baby,' it's really a catchy song. I actually love covering some songs, but I think that's the best song I sang so far, 'cause that's my favorite song from Justin Bieber. I'm a fan. I love the story of his life. I love his attitude. I met him and he was really, really nice. I got the Bieber fever."
If Charice has Bieber fever, then her mentor, music producer and songwriter David Foster, has Charice fever. He helped Charice lock down the talent for her album, including Ryan Tedder, Diane Warren, Claude Kelly and himself. "He's a legendary producer and songwriter and he actually hooked me up with these amazing songwriters — he knows a lot of them," she explained. "He's really, really a perfectionist. He always wanted great, not good."
Now that she's finally released her album, after struggling at local singing competitions in the Philippines and posting videos online before being discovered by the likes of Foster and Oprah, she says it all feels "so amazing. And seeing my album it's now on iTunes ... it's pretty amazing, and all the people who actually bought it, I want to thank them. I'm hoping that they love this album 'cause I really, really worked hard on this."
But, Charice is also looking to the future and has her sights set on working with some other A-list artists. "Justin Timberlake or Beyoncé," she said. "I love to dance and I think Justin is a really, really perfect example for an artist. He's a great dancer and all that, and I love Beyoncé. I love her style, her singing and I think she's an amazing woman. I'm trying to get her style, but do it in my own way. I think Lady Gaga is really, really unique. I think she's a great singer, songwriter and a great person."

Where has Whitney Houston’s voice gone? It’s the question on everyone’s minds right now.

Apparently, it may just have reincarnated itself in to the body of a young Filipina girl, named Charice.

Charice Clarice Relucio Pempengco, who just turned 18 this week, released her debut self-titled full-length album on Tuesday. Working with an all-star team which included producer David Foster and songwriter Diane Warren, her first effort represents a decent debut which could even signal the beginning of a bright career.

Think you’ve heard Charice’s name before? It’s probably through her appearances on Ellen DeGeneres’ or Oprah’s talk shows. Both hosts have championed the young talent since seeing her on Asian singing competition shows in 2007.

Her debut U.S. song, “Pyramid,” featuring Iyaz, is a catchy little diddy, which peaked at the #2 position on the Billboard Dance Singles charts, thanks to some quality remixes. The song stands on its own as a single, although it never seemed to catch on at radio. Pairing the ingenue up with fellow up-and-coming Warner Bros. Records label-mate Iyaz was a wise move though. Their distinct and talented voices complement each other quite nicely on this debut track.

There are at least a few other hits on the album. Track #2, “Reset,” is as strong as its predecessor on the album. Track #4, “Nobody’s Singing to Me,” is another stand out.

And the Warren-penned “Note to God,” is a poignant ballad, sung by a young girl seemingly seeking answers to life’s larger questions.

The rest of the album is filled with fairly generic songs about love, which seem odd coming from a girl her age. Still, as a launch into the U.S. market, “Charice,” succeeds.

Have your tissue paper and be ready to wipe those tears away after listening to this track. I am not really that cheesy when it comes to my reviews, but Hey! This one is an exception. This track is definitely one of my personal favorites (alongside NTG and NSTM).
It has been awhile since the last time I got really immersed emotionally and spiritually listening to a song. The last time was when I first heard Josh Groban's "To Where You Are" from his eponymous album.

For some, this is just another cheesy, trying-hard ballad that speaks about the need to be with someone just to be complete. Perhaps, some would even think, that this is one of the "outlier tracks" from the album. I am, in no way selling this review for you to buy. I will try, however, to present the more critical view of this track later in the review.

"All That I Need To Survive" has an unexplainable charm embedded into it. It has the power to capture your soul in an unimaginable, moving way. Like an arrow soaked in heartfelt emotions, this track can passionately penetrate the innermost core of your being. I have been listening to it for the past couple of hours, yet I couldn't get enough of it. Listening to it was almost surreal, an ethereal undertaking. It was therapeutic in a lot of ways, like a medicine that can relieve your pains, like the sea breeze that can sooth your skin, and like a lullaby that can caress your heart. I might have not literally cried, but my soul just did!

(1) Overall: "All That I Need" is an emotional powerhouse showcasing the enchanting side of Charice's voice. This track, by far, is definitely one of the strongest song on the album, if not one of the best! Effortless, classy, heartfelt and the embodiment of a hard-to-find kind of song. Nowadays, this kind of song comes just once in a blue moon. What we get to hear often are the adulterated and over-the-top ballads overpowered by bland and emotionless singing (or whining, if you will). This track has just set the standard! It has literally put "soul" and "emotions" back to music!

(2) Vocals with Soul: I have repeatedly stressed this out in my previous reviews of Charice's songs, that the soul she injects in every song made her a stand out among the new generation of singers that we have now. The vocals that Charice presents in this track generates more than a goose bump. Her voice was inviting and empowering us (as listeners) to feel and experience the emotions behind the music. Her delivery, this time, was not just to convey a message; rather, it is more of a call, drawing us closer to her, to immerse also ourselves in her own heart.

(3) Technical Side: As if the guitar accompaniment at the very beginning, the orchestra, the percussions, are summoned together to create the perfect symphony that will blend harmoniously with Charice's vocals. Well balanced backing track all throughout the song, not overpowering nor overly arranged. The arrangement was subtle and laid back to create an almost other-worldly melancholic experience. However, they could have considered prolonging the last note in the line "Our souls reunited as one" (Bridge section) or continued it with a change in key (half step higher will do). That last word ("one" before the refrain) seemed crying for some more emphasis and drama. But then again, this change or emphasis (if not treated well) can sabotage the whole setting of the song.

(4) The Lyrics: in general is poetic, pregnant with emotions and yet, still maintained an obvious level of innocence appropriate for Charice. The poetic side of this song allows the listeners to imagine and see the song from the inside (not from the "outside-looking in" perspective). "Time has no meaning", "I feel your heart as if it was beating with mine", "Our souls reunited as one" are just some of the wordings that best represent the poetic aspect of this song. Each of these lines are loaded with deep implications. Let us take for instance the line "I feel your heart as if it was beating with mine" which is highly thematic for the whole song. To say these words means that the person (expressing those words) has already established an intimate connection with his/her special someone (Intimacy here connotes deeper relationship, beyond physical contact). It is only from this experience of "oneness" with the other, that she/he can genuinely express that her/his heart beats with the other as "one". This point makes more sense when we read the line that says "Our souls reunited as one". Now given this context, we can understand why the lyrics (alone) can already generate an instinctive emotional response from us, as listeners. In addition, this is what brings "sense" to the title itself...that if that special someone in our lives (whom we are so intimately connected with) leaves us...we are left behind empty, creating the void in us...as if our hearts has ceased to beat. In order to be whole again and have our hearts beating once more, we desire to have that special person back again in our lives, recognizing that, indeed, she/he is "All That I Need To Survive".

During the QVC Presents QSessions Live, Charice will unveil songs from her debut album and give fans an exclusive inside look at the inspiration behind her music and career. This is the first time in QVC history that a new artist will be featured on the day of their debut release.

Charice's first single, the anthemic love song "Pyramid" featuring Iyaz, has already jumped to No. 2 on the Billboard Dance Charts and her single is currently being played on over 100 radio stations across the U.S.

"We are thrilled to have Charice debuting her new album on QVC," said Rob Ellerstein, director of merchandising for QVC. "As one of the most highly-anticipated releases this year, Charice's appearance promises to be one that fans won't want to miss."

"Everyone at Reprise Records is passionate in their commitment to the success of Charice and the early indications have already told us that we have a tremendous star with an extraordinary future," commented Reprise Records president Diarmuid Quinn. "We are especially excited about the exposure she will have on day of release with appearances on Oprah and her special live concert for QVC. Charice has recorded a brilliant record and is a thrilling performer. David Foster has once again brought us an artist that we fully expect will continue his amazing track record for discovering unique talent like Josh Groban and Michael Bublé," he concluded.

"I feel very blessed to have people like David Foster, Oprah Winfrey, my Reprise family and the QVC people believe in me...I know the week of May 10th will be a week I will remember for the rest of my life," said Charice.

Charice, who has already racked up more than 13 million views on YouTube, began her singing career at age four when her mother discovered her singing on a table, and went on to perform in several singing contests in Southeast Asia. One of her many fans ("Chasters") put one of her performances on YouTube, and a star was born. She first appeared in the U.S. on The Ellen Show, and then came to the attention of "Hit Man" David Foster who signed her to his 143/Reprise Records. On 2009, Charice revisited the Oprah Show to perform the Diane Warren-written and David Foster-produced "Note to God." In the weeks that followed, the Foster-produced track sold 110,000 total downloads.

Fun, Fun, Fun...

Finally, something bubbly from Charice. But then again, we are not talking about the Colbie Caillat type of "bubbly"ness in this track.

"I Love You" is a bubbly rollercoaster ride of feel-good vibe with a free-spirited ambiance reinforced by a crazy vocals. If you are planning to sing-a-long, I'm warning you that this song is gonna tear your voice apart!

This might not be your top pick but give it a try. Let's get down then into business...

(1) The Intro: The track begins with the "I~~~" part, which is definitely the very first melody that everyone will surely remember even after listening to it for the first time. Now this is something commendable about this track that counters the normal stuff we get to hear on the radio nowadays (yes! the auto-tuned melody that is so infectious, it had our brain infected for the rest of our lives). How often do we get an infectious melody without the need of going auto-tuned? (Go Jay-Z!)

(2) The Title: "I Love You" in a not so loving way! What is more heartbreaking than using "I Love You" to mean "I really Don't Love You and I regretted Loving You!" (Ouch! ) Almost in euphemistic way that the title was used to convey the opposite. Or if you will, an implicit oxymoron embedded already in the title alone. With this, two thumbs up!

(3) The Crazy Vocals: Charice once again delivered a commanding yet not imposing vocals on this track. Contrary to the vocal progressions that she had in her songs (like Note To God, NSTM, Thank You, Pyramid, etc. which all had climactic vocal progressions), this track opened with a bang and then resolved to a more soothing vocals in the "bridge" section. By far, one of the best vocalists out there who can pull off this kind of style is Leona Lewis. Charice has just made herself part of that league with this song.

(4) The sudden shift in tempo in the "bridge" section was the best part. Dropping the bass and a slower pace added more edge and "x-factor" for this song. This sudden break is reminiscent to Sugababes' "Round Round", but in a classier and way bubblier style. Listen carefully to hear this shift.

(5) The Lyrics: This is track has tricky lyrics. I tried to grapple with the lyrics just to understand the possible intention/s of this song and here's what can be said. There are two vantage points (or more...) which can be considered in this task: (1) from the perspective of someone who had unmistakenly blurted out in the open that she genuinely loves him. The result, however, was the unexpected heart-breaking response from him (either he did not like her confession or that he literally felt uncomfortable about it). This can be the reason why, accordingly, she repeatedly exclaimed "Said I love you, I love you, I love you, But now I regret it, Said I love you, I love you, I love you, But I'm sorry that I said it". Or it can be the other way around, (2) from the perspective of someone who eventually realized that she is no longer happy and in-love with him. It was more of a sudden awakening that her love for him was not really intended to have a happily-ever-after type of ending. I am more inclined to have this second perspective, which makes more sense when it reaches the "bridge" part of the song, where she was hoping that he could understand her...that she regretted those times when she said "I Love You".

For those who are thirsting for another vocal treat and emotion-filled song, Charice's "Thank You" will definitely quench that thirst. Personally, I was not expecting that I will be “in” for a treat listening to this song, but then again, I got it all wrong…

(1) Overall: “Thank You” can be classified under the genre pop/ballad. In an overview, it is reminiscent to some of the most memorable songs which dealt about acknowledging the love and contribution of a person or people who have had huge impact in our lives. “Thank You” can be added to the long lists of these enduring anthems (listed above) that capture our desire to express our gratitude towards that special person (or persons, if you will).

(2) Intro Mix: Don’t be fooled by the melancholic and seemingly “boring” mix of this song’s intro, for this is what makes this song unique and promising. You are about to embark in a song that is equipped with “surprises” and “unexpected” twists! Just when you thought you have everything figured out that this is yet another pop/ballad anthem, you will end up coming back and wanting more and more of this song.

(3) Vocals: Charice was able to maintain the sweetness of her voice all throughout the song. Even in hitting those high notes, her technique and delivery was not imposing. As I have mentioned earlier, this song is equipped with some elements of surprise. Yes! The song begins with Charice’s soothing voice which eventually exploded to her trade mark power-belting technique, accompanied by her “Leona Lewis-like” falsetto. Beginning with the second verse…the heightening emotions and Charice’s vocal power are undeniable. In a way, the song flows from ground zero escalating towards the highest possible ground. In short, there’s the climactic atmosphere which can be experienced in this song both on the level of the accompanying music and Charice’s vocals.

(4) The Song: "Thank You" is reminiscent also of Charice's own journey. The people who have journeyed with her are thanked by Charice in a very special way through this song. She might not have explicitly named them...but (Oh, Yeah, I'm talking to you...Mommy Raquel, Carl, Oprah, David Foster, Celine Dion, Andrea Bocelli, Chasters....) we know that she's referring to all these people! This is what makes this song very personal and truly powerful. It is not a bland song void of meaning!

(5) The Message: Aside from Charice's voice, the message of the song is its other strength. A very sincere and passionate recognition that in our lifetime...there are those people around us who will always be there for us, journeying with us through thick and thin. They are those people who have known us inside-out. They are those who have been with us especially when we are confronted by the harshness of life. These are the people whom we don't want to let go or taken for granted...for without them...as the song suggests we will be "lost". They are those special someone who deserve every single recognition from us, every single words of gratitude from our hearts whenever we utter..."Thank You".

Step back, relax and prepare yourself for a sure hit from new comer Charice. "Nobody's Singin To Me" is a mixture of R&B and Pop backed-up by a melodic exposition of witty lyrics and sounds. Definitely a stand-alone track! If released as a single, Nobody's Singin To Me is a sure hit from Charice's Debut Album.

Some people might contest that "not again! this track is just another R&B/Pop song out there that talks about love and pain, sadness, loneliness and desperation". Yet, there is something extraordinary about this:

(1) Overall: "Nobody's Singing To Me" is a fusion of talent, passion, and note-worthy rhythm. This song got "class" and "style"!

(2) Talent: Undeniably Charice was able to showcase a vocals that is both soothing and power-belting. The vocal transition (soothing to power) is suave and not forced. The talent is raw and definitely not auto-tuned. It's a revelation that she is indeed versatile even in this genre of music. She proved once again that she is not limited to singing Ballads.

(3) Passion: Charice recorded this song with so much emotion (Note that she was barely 18 at that time). She was able to capture the void and the level of desperation that the music wanted to convey, about love. She was not just singing...she was telling a story...and in that story-telling, she was "immersed" and "in-touched" with her feelings. How did she do that? I guess we need to revisit her own personal life story HERE.

(4) Note-Worthy Rhythm: Catchy and has the power to leave an "indelible" impression in one's mind and heart. The song begins with an orchestra fused with a soothing R&B mix. The whole mix did not overpower the vocals of Charice; rather, it accentuated more what Charice could offer. There was also this almost like ethereal backing vocals, a very subtle addition to the power of Charice's voice.

(5) The Lyrics - is phenomenal. This is one of the few songs that presents an almost perfect marriage between "its backing track and its lyrics". The title "Nobody's Singin To Me" sets the tone for the song. It is both the message and the metaphor used to capture and convey the state of loneliness when someone misses or even loses a special someone (or something for some). This theme is consistent through out the whole song. It is rhythmic and poetic. I love the idea of inserting "iPod" in the end (more of a twist in the song), suggestive that this song is both mature in nature yet keeps the youthfulness of Charice (talk about "gizmo/tekki"ness, here's an "ipod" for you).

(6) There's something "innocent" about this track that is contrary to the "in your face" intermingling message of sweet desperation on love and the desire for physical pleasure when someone is lonely (apparent in most contemporary songs under this genre). In other words, this song certainly has depth in it that is provocative in its own terms yet does not illicit an immediate reference to sex. What it does rather is to use the metaphor of "listening to radio music" to capture the inner void that is insatiable by any words, melody or rhythm. This is, indeed, an existing human condition...something not new to us. If given the same circumstance (losing someone or even something valuable in our lives), at certain point the world stops and no matter how hard we try to concentrate to let go and move on...things seemed to be unchangeable and gets even worse and worse by time. This is what it means to be in the "shadow", to be "the victim of the silence", and to feel that "price is pain" in love. Turning the radio or the iPod on and even resorting to other material stuff seemed could not pacify this condition of longing. Indeed, a crazy and insane situation to be in! This is one of those moments when we feel like nobody could understand us...nobody can feel the void inside us....nobody can truly be one with us in that seemingly deafening moment...the moment when we find ourselves alone and powerless to say that "Nobody's Singing to Me".

For those who are still doubting Charice's crazy and versatile vocals...
"Reset" is a track that will prove you wrong!

So, have your BOSS earphones, your non-judgmental ears, and probably a useful Filipino-English dictionary ready. This track is going to catapult you farther away from your expectations. If things don't work for you the first time....don't worry, I guess you just have to "reset" your computer...or the best, your musical taste!

(1) First Impression Lasts: This dictum is undeniably applicable to "Reset". Once it hits you, the "reset" mark will stay with you even in your slumber. This song has a lingering effect and the capacity to be a "mainstay" in your iPod's playlist. This is because of the music itself and Charice's vocal versatility. If released as a single, this too, has a big potential to be on top.

(2) The Music: Listener-friendly, catchy, and complements the voice of Charice. It's almost like listening to the smoother side of Ne-Yo, Rihanna and Chris Brown's music.

(3) Crazy Cool Vocals: From the smooth r&b vibe, to the goosebump generating high notes, up to the cute-rapping verse, Charice definitely has shown her vocal versatility on this track. What is so interesting about her vocals here, is the fact that she sang it with "THE" attitude while delivering it in such a way that it's almost as simple/easy as singing the "abc". (I wonder how many can sing and give justice to this song without putting themselves in grave danger. LOL)

(4) Filipino Verse: For some, the addition of a verse in Filipino language can be seen as untimely given that this is Charice's debut album and intended for an international release. People can even argue that even Apl.de.Ap of the Black-Eyed Peas did not have a song with a Filipino language in it till their third album (Elephunk's Apl Song). It was only when the B.E.P. had penetrated the mainstream that Apl.de.Ap was able to inject part of his culture lyrically (which is also notable in Monkey Business' Bebot and The E.N.D.'s Mare). Given this risk, I personally think that adding the verse in Filipino at this stage of Charice's career is not really an issue here because:

(4.1) Technically, the track is another stand out song from the album;
(4.2) This song is Charice's testament that even if she has gone international she will always be a Filipino and that she is proud of her roots ["in your face" testament to those Filipinos who has viewed Charice as a "copycat" and who has doubted her musical significance];
(4.3) That the addition is in no way an imposition of her culture to others but rather a valuable way to share what she and her place of origin has to offer to the world of music and;
(4.4) That the verse in Filipino is strategically and artistically included to remind us that this is the world we're livin in: diverse and multicultural.

Besides, this is what Music is all about! It is beyond the scope of a particular comprehensible language, for in itself music is universal (Just imagine why Andrea Bocelli's Italian Songs, Utada Hikaru's Japanese Songs, Celtic Woman's Gaelic Music, and others, still can touch us in indescribable way!). In the end, I believe that this kind of risk that the production team had taken into consideration, is undoubtedly a beneficial one.

(5) The Lyrics: I thought the lyrics is relevant, edgy and highly phenomenal. It is superb in the sense that it has taken into account the language of this "gadget/technology" based culture and translate it into a more sensible human experience. This lyrics might appeal easier to the younger gen's, but I'm not eliminating the capacity of the "not-so-young" gen to relate with it (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. LOL). It is indeed very clever how the terms "reset" and "shutting the system down" can be used to capture an aspect of our human relational condition: when we need to "restart and salvage what is left in our almost-wretched and broken relationships [before it's too late!]". Just like in a computer system, chances are the system can be troubleshoot by resetting the whole system, shutting it down and have it running once the system has been restarted. Resetting the system, in most cases, makes the system faster and even as more functional than ever. In our relationships, at times, we just need a reset: a time to back off a bit, have some time to cool things and straighten up our priorities and gather ourselves together to set things back into perspective [again, before it's too late!]. The experience might be unflattering (especially when there's too much negativity in it, times when we are just hurting each other more... colliding point of views, exhausting emotional differences that causing us to crash down). But this doesn't mean that we have to throw everything at once! (Throw the system in the garbage bin and buy a new one). This is what "Reset" is all about...it's a positive take on this aspect of human relationship...don't give up yet...hit that button, restart it up before it's too late...take some time...then do the "Reset".

There is something mesmerizing about the video. It is not your typical music video that sells sex, fame, boost, or any of those sorts of stuff. All you have in this video is a Pure, 100% Raw Talent complemented by a simple storyline, a well-balanced lighting, and a very passionate soul singing her heart out on the stage, believing that the love that she has will endure the tests of time, like a Pyramid.

Charice has arrived and it is just a matter of time till she conquers the 4 corners of the world. Iyaz, definitely, brought certain level of flavor of freshness in this song mixed with Charice’s breath of fresh musicality. As a result, you get a music video that speaks truly about talents and not processed “products”.

Some of us, who have been acquainted about her life story, might inject a little allusion that the beginning of the video reflects certain truth about Charice’s own journey. A little “sense of rejection” captured in that 12 seconds of introduction. Charice found out that her name was not included on the list of those who will proceed to the next round. Of what exactly? An audition for what? That’s the one thing that all of us can cast a guess on (a play?, a musical?...). Charice, then, left the scene disappointed and with sadness on her face. Actually, the whole beginning was already a “highlight” for me. I know, this sounds crazy; but noticed that the beginning segment was the part that showed Charice’s craft in acting. From her hand gestures to her facial expressions, I would say that her acting was indeed, very convincing.

Then, this is where the story of Pyramid kicked in…Charice in her dressing area while Iyaz walking towards Charice (as if in a very consoling manner). This scene was suggestive that Iyaz may have been Charice’s Love interest in this video (or for some, a very close friend of her). I will not go into full detail about the nature of their relationship here; because, there are those things that are meant to be experienced on a very personal level [I hope you all are with me =)]. The point is that the words that Iyaz started to utter at the beginning signified that the love that He and Charice have is solid and enduring, again like a pyramid.

Moving on, Charice started to sing while looking at her own reflection in the mirror. Well, this “mirror reflection” section can be interpreted in various ways. It appears to me that Charice’s own reflection projected a very “strong, determined, and secured” persona (though somehow, needs to be unleashed). Her reflection, showed that she was already convinced that the love she had in her heart is more than enough to face the disappointment and sadness she encountered at the beginning of the video. There was, of course the pain (like quick insertion of the girls laughing in the video), yet Charice’s look in the mirror and with her hand closed manifested the “fighter” within her.

The girls all left, while Charice was left alone. She decided to go on stage for the last time and sing, while Iyaz was about to enter the theater. There she let her heart out in song while Iyaz finally arrived. He took a seat (without interrupting Charice) and in a very assuring manner, he stayed with Charice, giving her the support and love. He did this neither with a word nor with a sound, but a plain gesture of just being there [except, for a short flipvid he took for safekeeping & ofcourse an allusion to the fact that she is a Youtube Sensation! Yes, flipvid was essentially conceived out of Youtube Gen =)]. Then, you can notice how Charice started to glow and in a way, emitted a more positive vibe during the song. The overall lighting made this transition more noticeable: from the darker area of the dressing room to the well-lighted stage of the theater. Then notice the gold plated background (doors) while Iyaz was singing his part “Like a pyramid girl let me show you that I love you so much…”; which is, a good preparation for the video’s highlight --- when Charice was shown with all the lights, the Diva in her was unleashed for the very first time!!!! Nothing can top that, not even the gold, this is Pure Talent people!!! Adrenaline rush…the Goosebump section. This is when the mirror reflection I was referring to, ceases to be a reflection. In a way, Charice shattered the mirror and emerged fully invincible, the diva who is “strong, determined, and secured” anchored in the love that is solid like a pyramid.

The video wrapped up with Charice and Iyaz leaving the Theater…that’s when we know that Charice has arrived…She’s about to start another chapter…Where is she heading? To the place where only a Star like her can go, where the Future holds no boundary for someone like her who have what it takes to stay...like a "Pyramid"!

Just when you thought, Charice is just a balladeer who can powerfully belt out huge diva anthems...then US Magazine has just challenged her to show a different side of her by covering the Hyper-Artistic Lady GaGa. Not just 1 but 4 GaGa songs were sung by Charice in a Medley: Paparazzi, Bad Romance, Poker Face and Just Dance. No Gimmick, No AutoTune, Just plain Voice, A capella. This performance will surely strip you down to your core.

Quoting the Magazine: "You may think Charice can sing the phonebook, but did you know she can also sing "Telephone?" Ah, I thought not, but I'm gonna let her prove it to you. Charice - Pyramid OverLoad [Picture Story Board]

Ok Guys, Can't Get enough of Pyramid??? Here's what I did last night, images from Charice's New Pyramid Video. The following are series of images that almost capture the video in its entirety. However, instead of allowing all of you to just stare at them in a "boring and dull"manner. I have provided some "captions" that might help you along the way to follow the story. Some of the words might not be (or definitely not!) the intention of the video; but we're here to go and read between the lines. This is, in no way, should be considered as a prank towards Charice...but to show that Chasters do have sense, and sense of humor! I'm thankful that being obtuse is not one of my instincts: that is allowing you to suffer just by mere looking at these photos; however, there is no way that I'm suggesting in one way or another that "just simply looking at Charice's pix is boring" ---NO and NO! --- All I'm saying is that there's way to do it in a more exciting and fun way. Enough said... So just ChillOut and Enjoy.

"(Ok, take a deep breath Charice...inhale, exhale, inhale...) now did I make it on the List?"

Lady #1: OMG, she didn't make it on the list. Isn't funny, I didn't even audition for it! I'm so lucky!

Charice - Canal Room New York 1

Here are some photos taken during Charice's Invitational Gig in New York attended by mostly VIPs. We hope to have SOON some videos of her performance that night. Accordingly, she sung 6 songs which included two new and never-before-heard tracks from her debut album ("I Love You" & "Thank You"). But for now, let us be thankful for these images.
